I offer Lunch-and-Learn sessions on all aspects of nutrition. I will work with you to create an informative and motivational session that hones in on your employees’ health needs and interests. Each session includes a 45 minute Power Point presentation, followed up by 15 minutes of Q&A. Each session accommodates a maximum of 15 participants. All participants will receive a handout including a list of local healthy restaurants & menu picks, healthy recipe and snack ideas, portion sizing chart, tips on reading food labels, and a summary of the presentation.
